Among participants who slept less than 6 hours at baseline, those in the 'Excessive' change group had lower global cognition scores in Wave 3 compared to the 'No-change' group (β=-1.91, P<0.001 for model 1; β=-0.94, P<0.001 for model 2; β=-0.53, P<0.05 for model 3).
