Among participants who slept less than 6 hours at baseline, those in the 'Benefit 2' group had higher global cognition scores in Wave 3 compared to the 'No-change' group (β=0.55, P<0.01 for model 1; β=0.54, P<0.01 for model 2; β=0.38, P<0.05 for model 3).
