Article 4.1 of Annex III of the trade agreement between the United States and Cambodia states that “Cambodia confirms that Air Cambodia has agreed to finalize the purchase of ten, with the purchase right for an additional ten, Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft no later than October 31, 2025.”
