Between 1 November 2024 and 31 October 2025, the Israeli government undertook concerted measures to consolidate its annexation of large parts of the Occupied Palestinian Territories, including the authorization and expansion of settlements, outposts, and associated infrastructure, and the transfer of governance powers from the military to Israeli civilian authorities in the occupied West Bank.
