The United States will remove Section 232 tariffs on certain aircraft and aircraft parts from India, provide India with preferential tariff rate quotas (TRQs) for automotive parts, and negotiate tariffs on pharmaceuticals and ingredients once the pending Section 232 investigation is complete.
