The Press Democrat reported that 47 Republican senators sent a letter to Iranian leaders asserting that any agreement regarding Iran's nuclear-weapons program not approved by the U.S. Congress would be considered merely an executive agreement between President Barack Obama and Ayatollah Khamenei.
