procedureTo be a member of the Project Governing Board (PGB), an individual must have signed and submitted an individual Contributor License Agreement (CLA), and if appointed or employed by an entity, that entity must have signed and submitted an entity CLA naming the project.
procedureIf a Contributor signs an individual CLA while representing an entity, the CLA is only effective if that entity has also signed and submitted an entity CLA.

claimOASIS cannot change the terms of a signed Contributor License Agreement (CLA) once it has been delivered to OASIS; if a change is required, a new CLA must be executed.
claimContributors to OASIS Project Specifications agree in the Contributor License Agreement (CLA) to provide non-assertion covenants in favor of certain Project Specifications, collectively known as the Specification NonAssertion Covenant.
