procedure
The COOL (concept-level continual learning) method proceeds in three steps: (1) extract features from visual data, (2) use a separate neural network to extract high-level concepts (such as color and shape in the CLEVR dataset or number recognition in the MNIST dataset), and (3) generate final predictions or decisions based on the constraints of given prior knowledge.
