In the Center for American Progress evaluation of victim compensation statutes, the weighted median scores for the four categories were: 5.63 out of 7.5 for 'awareness and accessibility', 7 out of 14 for 'adequate compensation', 12.69 out of 29.75 for 'eligibility barriers', and 3 out of 6 for 'experience with the process'.
