procedure
The study measured self-rated health (SRH) using a five-point scale (excellent, very good, good, fair, poor) and dichotomized the results into 'good health' (scored 0) for excellent, very good, and good responses, and 'poor health' (scored 1) for fair and poor responses, following Jylhä’s methodology.
