measurement
In a study of over 1,000 male medical students followed from age 32 to 48, those who reported the highest levels of anger were over 6 times more likely to have had a heart attack by age 55 and 3.5 times more likely to have experienced heart disease by age 55 compared to those with lower anger levels (Chang et al., 2002).
