The 10-3-2-1-0 rule for sleep hygiene consists of five habits: avoid caffeine for 10 hours before bed; do not drink alcohol or eat food for 3 hours before bed; finish work-related tasks 2 hours before bed; stop all screen time 1 hour before bed; and wake up without using the snooze button.
