Mast cells recognize microbial pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) through Toll-like receptors (TLR1, TLR2, TLR4, and TLR6) and recognize complement-derived molecules (iC3b) and anaphylatoxins (C4a, C3a, and C5a) through their respective receptors.
