The Assistant DNI for Partner Engagement is responsible for establishing joint procedures to coordinate and synchronize intelligence activities conducted by an Intelligence Community element or funded by the National Intelligence Program (NIP) with activities involving foreign intelligence and security services, subject to the concurrence of the relevant departments and agencies.
