The Chaotic-based IAS Algorithm for Demand Side Management (DSM) proceeds through the following steps: (1) Fitness Evaluation: Calculate the fitness (electrical load profile) for each student’s DSM strategy. (2) Loop Until Convergence: Iteratively perform knowledge updates, chaotic local search, teacher-student interaction, self-study, global knowledge sharing, and selection until the minimum peak demand is achieved.
