The study recruited 10 healthy males (mean age 27 ± 4 years, stature 180 ± 6 cm, body mass 83.5 ± 12.1 kg) and 10 healthy females (mean age 23 ± 2 years, stature 163 ± 6 cm, body mass 62.9 ± 9.1 kg) who were free from musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular disease.
