When a contribution to an OASIS Project Repository is made on behalf of an organization, the individual contributor must designate that organization, and the organization is required to provide an Entity CLA, as defined in Appendix A-2 of the OASIS Open Project Rules. If the Entity CLA is not obtained, OASIS and the Project must decline contributions from that individual.
