A coalition of 21 COPUOS member states submitted a proposal to establish a COPUOS subcommittee study group on the legal and policy aspects of Space Traffic Management (STM), which will be formally convened during the 68th session of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
