(2019) demonstrated significant changes in the reduction of pain interference in hybrid therapy (exposure in vivo and dialectical behavior therapy) compared to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at post-treatment with a very small effect size (d = 0.02) and at follow-up with a small effect size (d = 0.25).
