Nino Kadic attributes the theory of Monadic panpsychism to the idea that the experience of each simple subject is determined relationally by the structure it is in, where either one simple subject takes on a 'dominant' role instantiating full consciousness, or all relevant simple subjects instantiate full consciousness.
