Members of the Brazilian ayahuasca religious groups CEFLURIS and ICEFLU, who follow the late Santo Daime leader Padrinho Sebastião, face intense criticism and accusations from other Brazilian ayahuasca religious groups. This conflict is allegedly driven by the CEFLURIS and ICEFLU practice of using cannabis sacramentally alongside ayahuasca in certain rituals.
