The study dataset excluded patients with any form of primary hypogonadism (such as Klinefelter syndrome or orchiectomy) and secondary hypogonadism (such as Kallmann syndrome, androgen-deprivation therapy for prostate cancer, hyperprolactinemia, or hypopituitarism). Patients currently undergoing androgen replacement therapy were also excluded from the dataset.
