procedure
The PSYCH-K session procedure involves the following steps: (1) The facilitator and client discuss the client's goals and beliefs to change. (2) The facilitator explains and calibrates muscle testing by testing arm strength against thoughts known to be true versus false. (3) The facilitator and client identify limiting beliefs in specific life domains like self-worth, relationships, or health. (4) The facilitator uses muscle testing to check if the subconscious holds these beliefs, where a weak muscle response indicates a limiting belief. (5) The facilitator guides the client through a balance process, such as the Whole-Brain Posture, to integrate new beliefs. (6) The facilitator uses muscle testing again to confirm if the belief has shifted, where a strong response indicates successful integration.
