KD-CoT (Wang K. et al., 2023) integrates Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning with knowledge-directed verification. The LLM produces a reasoning trace step-by-step, and after each step, relevant knowledge graph facts are retrieved to validate or revise the intermediate conclusions.
