Medicinal plants are related to eastern Ethiopia through ethnobotanical studies documenting their use and conservation in that region, specifically [1] which reports a study in the Fadis District of Eastern Ethiopia on medicinal plants for human and livestock ailments, and [2] on medicinal plant use in woredas around Harar town, eastern Ethiopia.
